Michael Robbins received his Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law at Fayetteville, Arkansas graduating with High Honors. While attending the School of Law, he was a member of the Arkansas Law Review. Mr. Robbins received his B.A. in history and political science from Arkansas Tech University with highest honors. He is a U.S. Army veteran of Operation Desert Storm.

Mr. Robbins is the son of the late William N. “Bill” Robbins and Mary E. McAlister and is married to Bobbi Robbins. Michael and Bobbi have two children, William and Elizabeth.

Mr. Robbins was licensed to practice law in Arkansas in 2001 and in the U.S. District Courts of Arkansas, both Eastern and Western Districts, in 2002. He served as the Dover, Arkansas City Attorney for eight years. Mr. Robbins is a past president of the Pope County Bar Association and is a member of the Pope County and Arkansas Bar Association. Mr. Robbins has served for over five years by appointment of the Governor on the Arkansas Sentencing Commission and has served on the Arkansas Supreme Court Criminal Practice Committee by appointment of the Arkansas Supreme Court Chief Justice for over five years.

Mr. Komarek’s journey to the legal profession has been characterized by a remarkable dedication to service and excellence. After attending Pottsville High School, he served our nation as a member of the United States Navy. His time in the Navy instilled in him the values of discipline, integrity, and a tireless work ethic, qualities that continue to define his legal practice.

A passionate advocate for education, Mr. Komarek earned his undergraduate degree from Arkansas Tech University, demonstrating his commitment to personal and intellectual growth. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law, where he excelled in his studies and honed his legal acumen.

Mr. Komarek’s professional journey reflects not only his dedication to the law but also his commitment to family and community. He is a proud father of three wonderful children, Bailee, Loree, and Derek, who have been a source of inspiration and motivation throughout his career. In addition to his family life, Mr. Komarek is married to Dr. Stacy Landers of Parkway Animal Hospital. Their love story is a testament to the power of relationships and community bonds.

Andrew Winn is an attorney with a passion for advocating on behalf of clients in complex legal matters. He became a lawyer because he believes in the American Judicial System.

Andrew grew up in Russellville and graduated from Russellville High School. He earned a B.A. with honors in Political Science and History at Arkansas Tech University and earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Andrew is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. Andrew is the son of Janet Winn and Jay Winn. He has strong ties to the community in that his mother, three aunts, and multiple cousins live in the area.

Throughout his cases during law school, Andrew demonstrated a dedication to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients. He has an interest in divorce and family law, criminal, and general practice.

Andrew believes in providing personalized attention to each client, understanding their unique needs, and crafting effective legal strategies tailored to achieve their goals. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in every aspect of his practice.
